Lifeline means our essential supply (electricity, gas and water),
and the “LIFE” made of these three types of “lines”.
The 3.11 disaster was an opportunity to form my feeling that
“Humans are alive./ We are kept alive.” even if it is a conventional thought.
I quoted from the logo of “LIFE” American magazine for the character design.
The reason is that the merits and demerits of mass media today is one of our lifeline in a sense.



ライフライン（電気、ガス、水）で「ライフ」という文字を「ライン」で描く。
３．１１をきっかけに「人間が生きること/生かされていること」を
ベタでもいいからカタチにしておきたいと思った。
また「LIFE」という文字デザインはアメリカのライフ誌のロゴを引用した。
現代においては、メディアのその功罪も含めて、
ある意味一つのライフラインであるからである。
